What do I need to rent a unit?

You need to be at least 18 years of age and have a valid identification source; a driver's license, passport, military ID or student ID.

What is "climate controlled"?

"Climate controlled" environments are areas that have a set temperature and humidity level. We optimize our climate controlled areas to minimize mold and deterioration.

Can you also move my belongings?

We specialize in self storage and a truck rental office on site. However, we are happy to recommend several reliable moving companies.

Do you offer vehicle parking?

We offer a variety of options from drive in units to regular parking spots. Inside parking up to 30 feet. Outside parking up to 21 feet. Please contact our office for sizes and prices available.

Can anyone access the storage facility?

We have state of the art security systems at our facility. The entrances are monitored and each customer will have an individual code to access the facility. As an added security feature we have a security officer on site until 8:30 pm Monday through Saturday and 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sunday.

Do you have moving equipment?

Yes as part of our amenities we have carts available to use in the facility for no charge. Ask our leasing office for rental prices for use outside of the facility.

To whom and when do I pay my bill?

Rent is prepaid and is due on an anniversary date. You have the ability to make the payment in person, mail it in to our facility, fax authorized credit card, automatic payment by use of a credit card each month, and or EFT (electronic funds transfer with on on-line billing) payments.

Can I prepay for multiple months?

You may pay up to 12 months in advance. A long term discount is available for those customers who pre-pay as such.

Do you rent trucks?

We have a truck rental office on site. Please contact Budget Trucks at 954-437-5136 to check availability in advance.
